CONDITIONS OF SALE :

1) Ticket sales are final and no refunds or credits are available for unused, cancelled or returned tickets.

2) The right of admission is reserved. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

3) The right is reserved to: add, withdraw, or substitute artists; vary advertised programmes; seating arrangements and audience capacity.

4) Recording of any performance by camera, tape recorder or any other recording technology by any patron is an infringement of copyright and strictly prohibited.

5) Mobile phones, pagers and other communications devices must be turned off and/or made silent before entering Sydney Town Hall.

ADDITONAL INFORMATION
IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ISOLATE, STAY HOME: If you or someone in your group have been directed to stay home by NSW Health, you must contact The Good Old Days Concerts as soon as soon as you are aware that you are not able to attend your booked performance. No refunds are available if you are required to isolate and abstain from attendance, but a credit to the value of your tickets, less an administration fee of $5 per ticket will be offered for the next programme presented by The Good Old Days Concerts. Proof of your obligation to stay home as directed by NSW Health may be requested as part of the credit process.
CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATIONS: The Good Old Days Concerts may use up to 100% of its regular seating plan at Sydney Town Hall for our performances. There will not be physical distancing within the Hall, and you may have other patrons sitting directly next to, in front of, and behind you.
ACCESS TO SYDNEY TOWN HALL: The doors to the Centennial Hall (the main hall in which we present our concerts) at Sydney Town Hall will open approximately 45 minutes prior to the performance time indicated on your tickets. Courtesy seating is no longer available in the Main Foyer of Sydney Town Hall. Please do not arrive at the Hall until you are ready to enter and move directly to your seats within the Centennial Hall. Please do not congregate in the foyers or on the outside steps of the building.
QUEUING & MOVING AROUND THE HALL: To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay in your allocated seat, or move swiftly back to your allocated seat once you have used the bathroom amenities. When you move around the building, please follow any signs and the directions of our front of house team members.
CASHLESS: Ticket sales at the Box Office Desk on the day of performance are on a cashless basis only. Only debit and credit card purchases may be made. Artist CD sales, if any, will also be made on a cashless basis.
SANITISE: We will have hand sanitising stations located at several points of the Sydney Town Hall for your use. Please make sure to use these regularly during your visit.
CONTINUOUS CLEANING: The foyers and Centennial Hall at Sydney Town Hall are deep cleaned by a professional cleaning team prior to our first performance and at the conclusion of our final performance. A professional cleaning staff will remain on site throughout the performance to constantly clean washrooms, touchpoints and high traffic areas.
