The magnificent baritone voice of TEDDY TAHYU RHODES has thrilled Australian and international audiences since his 1998 debut with Opera Australia in “La Cerentola”. Best known in Australia for his leading role performances in “South Pacific” and “The King And I”, Teddy Tahu Rhodes has notably performed internationally in roles with The Metropolitan Opera (New York), Houston Grand Opera, the Hamburg and Bavarian State Operas, and Welsh National Opera. In our concert today, Teddy will present a dazzling selection of arias and songs from Opera, Musical Theatre and popular song.

Joining Teddy is his special guest, rising opera and musical theatre star, GEORGIA WILKINSON. Georgia was the youngest-ever recipient of the “Opera Scholar Of The Year” award from the prestigious Opera Scholars Australia program, in 2012. She has appeared in leading roles in “Phantom of the Opera”, Beauty and the Beast” and “West-Side Story”, amongst many operatic and concert performances.

Accompanying our artists today will be Bernard Walz conducting The Good Old Days Concerts Orchestra.
